General guidance

• Always prioritise the health and safety of yourself and others, over the delivery.
• If anything feels ****risky, abort and report back to dispatch.
• If other people come too close or do anything that might potentially risk your health or theirs, don't hesitate to speak out.
• Keep 2+ meters from the customer and other people whenever possible. Do not agree to direct handovers, be explicit about this.
• Wash your hands for 20 seconds at every possible opportunity.
• Don't touch your face!
• Always carry hand sanitiser or gloves in sufficient quantity on you.
• Focus on your actions, there's no rush! Be very aware of what you touch, how you approach people and how you sanitise.
• If you develop a fever, dry cough or respiratory problems, stop working immediately and go home. Then, contact dispatch.

Delivery protocol

1. Arrive at pickup/dropoff.
2. Contact customer via phone avoid using doorbells or knocking, etc.
3. Open your delivery bag/box.
4. Apply hand sanitiser/put on gloves - use gloves for handling the delivery items only, try not to touch anything else.
5. Keep 2+ meters from the customer whenever possible. Do not agree to direct handovers, be explicit about this.
6. Instruct the customer at dropoff to dispose of all packaging and wash their hands.
